Covers are always a good arrangement exercise for me. I like to bring songs I love into a different context.

When a song keeps on popping in my head, I know I have to do my version of it. I usually avoid listening any songs from this artist for a while just to keep my perspective and avoid doing a copy cat of the original. What would be the point otherwise ?
